Important:
When you uninstall the app or delete your account, your subscription won't cancel.
If you are canceling a 7-day trial, please do so at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid being charged.
Cancel through the Account page in the app
Open the app and tap the menu (☰) icon in the top corner
Go to Account
Click 'Tap Here ' to manage your subscription
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation.
a. You can manage your plan in the Customer Center after tapping “Tap Here” in the app, if you purchased your subscription via the App Store, Google Play, or RevenueCat,
b. Tapping “Tap Here” will open our secure web portal, if you purchased your subscription on justinguitarapp.com using Stripe. Please log in with your app account details to manage your subscription.
There are four different ways to purchase a subscription. Please scroll to the section that matches how you purchased yours.
a. App Store, Google Play, or RevenueCat purchases
If you purchased your subscription via the App Store, Google Play, or RevenueCat, you can manage your plan in the Customer Center after tapping “Tap Here” in the app.
b. Website Subscriptions
If the web portal does not appear on the Account page in the app, you can manage your subscription using a web browser.
Log in to your account at https://justinguitarapp.com
Scroll down to the section for managing your account and subscription
Click the red “Cancel plan” button
Alternatively: You can access the Stripe portal using the link included in your original receipt email from Musopia. If you can’t find that email, please use the link below:

Enter your email address. If an active subscription exists, Stripe will email you a secure link that allows you to manage your subscription, update payment details, and more.
c. App Store/iOS Subscriptions
Open the Settings app on your iOS device.
Tap your name.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap the Justin Guitar Lessons & Songs subscription.
Tap Cancel Subscription.
You may need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription has already been cancelled.

d. Google Play Store/Android Subscriptions

On your Android device, go to your subscriptions in Google Play .
Select the subscription that you want to cancel.
Tap Cancel subscription .
Follow the instructions.
