How you request a refund depends on where you bought your subscription. Follow the instructions for your payment method:
1. App Store (iOS)
We can’t process refunds for iOS subscriptions. Apple handles all iOS payments.
Please request your refund directly from Apple by following the steps below.
- Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com
- Tap or click "I'd like to", then choose "Request a refund".
- Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.
- Choose the app/subscription then choose Submit.
2. Google Play (Android) & Website (justinguitarapp.com)
Contact Musopia support at justin.feedback@musopia.net
- using the SAME email you use for your Justin Guitar app account to request a refund
- attach a copy of your payment receipt
