Restore purchases:
To link existing purchase to a new account or found yourself lost full access somehow, please
1. Open the latest Justin Guitar Lessons & Songs App
2. Go to the Hamburge menu - Account page or any purchase screen
3. Tap “Restore Purchase”
This will re-sync your subscription with your account.
Purchase:
If you’ve already purchased a subscription but the app isn’t recognising it or unlocking full access, please try the steps below to restore your purchase:
1. Install the latest Justin Guitar Lessons & Songs App
2. Find the email titled Redeem your JustinGuitar App subscription or go to https://justinguitarapp.com/redeem/
3. Click the Redeem button in the email from your mobile device 😊️
Account:
We have introduced a in-app accounts feature in December 2022 that links to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store subscription.
What you will need to do is check that the subscription is active in your App Store/Google Play Store and then open the app. Once you have done this, please create an in-app account following the below FAQ article guidance link. Following this, you will be able to press the restore purchase button to link the subscription to your newly created Justin Guitar app account
