How do I cancel the trial or the auto-renewal of my Kala app subscription (iOS)?

You can follow these steps to quit the free trial, cancel the subscription auto-renewal or unsubscribe the subscription on your iOS devices so as to ensure that the subscription is not renewed: 

• Open the Settings app. 

• Tap your name. 

• Tap Subscriptions. (If you don't see "Subscriptions", tap "iTunes & App Store" instead. Then tap your Apple ID, tap View Apple ID, sign in, scroll down to Subscriptions and tap Subscriptions.)

• Select the subscription that you want to manage. 

• Tap Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, the subscription is already cancelled and won't renew.

PLEASE NOTE: Deleting your account within the app will not cancel the subscription and the above steps must be followed after deleting your in-app account to cancel the subscription.
