Important:
When you uninstall the app or delete your account, your subscription won't cancel.
If you are canceling a 7-day trial, please do so at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid being charged.
1. Cancel through the Account page in the app
If you paid via Apple, Google Play or RevenueCat in the app, you can mange your plan by going to the Customer Center in the app.
Open the app and tap the menu (☰) icon in the top corner
Go to Account
Click 'Tap Here ' to manage your subscription
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation.
2. Website Subscriptions If you purchased via our website, you can mange your plan by going to our web portal:
Click HERE to log into our website kalaukueleapp.com
Scroll down to the Mange Subscription section
Find and Toggle off the 'Continue Subscription' button
Once You cancel your plan, you will no longer be billed going forwards and you will be shown the images below.
It is worth noting that there are currently four different payment methods to purchase a subscription to the app, and you should scroll to the section that relates to your purchase. Please note that if you are looking to cancel the 7-day trial this should be done 24 hours in advance of the cut off to ensure you are not charged.

3. App Store/iOS Subscriptions
Open the Settings app on your device.
Tap your name.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap the Justin Guitar Lessons & Songs subscription.
Tap Cancel Subscription.
You may need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription has already been cancelled.
4. Google Play Store/Android Subscriptions
