How do I cancel the auto-renew of my Kala Ukulele subscription or 7-day trial?

It is worth noting that there are currently three different payment methods to purchase a subscription to the app, all three will be explained below and you should scroll to the section that relates to your purchase. Please note that if you are looking to cancel the 7-day trial this should be done 24 hours in advance of the cut off to ensure you are not charged. 

1. Website Subscriptions

1. Log in to your account on kalaukueleapp.com
2. Scroll down to the section shown below and find Click here to manage your account and subscription
3. Toggle off the 'Continue Subscription' button
4. Once You cancel your plan, you will no longer be billed going forwards and you will be shown the images below.

2. RevenueCat Payment or App-to-Web billing 

If you paid via RevenueCat, you can mange your plan by going to the Customer Center in the app. 

1. Tap the hamburger menu in the upper corner  
2. Go to Account 
3. Click 'Tap Here' to manage your subscription
4. Follow the on-screen instructions. 

You can also manage your App Store/iOS Subscriptions or Google Play Store/Android Subscriptions from Customer Center following the steps above.   

3. App Store/iOS Subscriptions  

1. Open the Settings app on your device. 
2. Tap your name. 
3. Tap Subscriptions. 
4. Tap the Justin Guitar Lessons & Songs subscription. 
5. Tap Cancel Subscription. 

You may need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription has already been cancelled.

4. Google Play Store/Android Subscriptions

Important: When you uninstall the app, your subscription won't cancel. 

1. On your Android device, go to your subscriptions in Google Play. 
2. Select the subscription that you want to cancel. 
3. Tap Cancel subscription. 
4. Follow the instructions.
