How Does Web Billing Work?

1. Subscribe To Your Chosen Plan

After clicking the link, you’ll see a list of available subscription plans with their features and prices.

2. Complete Your Payment

Enter your payment details and confirm your subscription. Once complete, you'll be redirected to a confirmation page.

3. Download The Latest Version Of The App

After subscribing, you’ll be prompted to open or download the app (if you haven’t already) and please ensure it is the latest version of the app. 

4. Tap the “Redeem” Button in Your Email or the Confirmation Page

Open the confirmation email and tap the “Redeem” button to activate your subscription in the app. Please only tap this button on a mobile or tablet device. 

✅ Important: Before tapping the Redeem button, make sure the app is updated to the latest version to ensure your subscription activates correctly and also only do this on a mobile or tablet device.

Other Tips and Help: 

1. The purchase will link directly to your app account automatically
2. Ensure that your email address is correct for the billing
3. Redeem the purchase on a mobile/tablet device - The redeem will not work on a PC/Laptop
4. You may need to restart the app by force-closing it to see the redemption successfully applied.
