My account shows a different/unfamiliar email?

You’re most likely signed in using Sign in with Apple or Google instead of an email login.

When you use Sign in with Apple or Google, it may create a private relay email address for your account. This email can look unfamiliar and different from what you expect.

If you see an email that looks like [e-mail] or [e-mail], that means Sign in with Apple or Google is enabled and your privacy is being protected. This is normal, and your account and access are still correct.

If you’d rather use your own email address, you can create a new account using your email and sign in with the email option instead of Sign in with the Apple or Google button.
