How you request a refund depends on where you originally purchased the subscription for the app. There are currently two payment methods to purchase the app and instructions to request a refund for all of these payment methods are below.
App Store/iOS subscriptions
- Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com
- Tap or click "I'd like to", then choose "Request a refund".
- Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.
- Choose the app/subscription then choose Submit.
Google Play Store/Android Subscriptions
Please contact Musopia support directly through the app, quoting the email address you use for your app account to request a refund.
