How do I cancel the auto-renewal of my subscription or my 7-day trial?

There are currently two payment methods to purchase a subscription to the app, and the steps vary depending on whether you’re using Google or Apple. Please scroll to the section that corresponds to your platform for detailed instructions.

If you’re looking to cancel the 7-day trial, make sure to do so at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid being charged.

App Store/iOS Subscriptions 

 

1. Open the Settings app on your device.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Tap the Justin Guitar Lessons & Songs subscription.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription. You may need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription has already been cancelled.

Google Play Store/Android Subscriptions

Important: When you uninstall the app, your subscription won't cancel.

1. On your Android device, go to your subscriptions in Google Play.
2. Select the subscription that you want to cancel.
3. Tap Cancel subscription.
4. Follow the instructions.
