If you have paid for the yearly subscription but would like to change to monthly, or if you have paid for a monthly subscription but would like to change to yearly, you can follow these steps to change your renewal preference.
iOS Users:
- Go to this link: https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions
- Select the subscription that you want to change.
- Choose a different subscription option.

Android Users:
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store.
- Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
- Tap Menu > Subscriptions.
- Select the subscription.
- Tap Manage > Change subscription.
In case you have a monthly subscription, but don’t see the “Change subscription” option to change to a yearly subscription, you will have to cancel your monthly subscription and re-subscribe again at the end of the subscription period, choosing the yearly option this time.
