How do I purchase and redeem gift cards?

How to Purchase a Gift Card

1. Head to our website https://kalaukuleleapp.com/gift

2. Scroll down and select either a 6-month or 12-month gift card 

3. Complete your payment details 

4. Send the gift card to your selected recipient 🎉

How to Redeem a Gift Card

To redeem your gift card/ code, follow these simple steps:

1. 1. 1. Find your gift card email, or go to https://kalaukuleleapp.com/redeem/
      2. Click the Redeem button, and sign up (or sign in if you already have an account)
      3. Enter your code to redeem it
      4. Download the Kala Ukulele app

A: Yes

Q: I have bought a gift card that I plan to use for myself but I am already subscribed, what should I do? 

A: Please ensure that your current subscription's auto-renew is cancelled and do not redeem the gift card until your subscription has expired

Q: How long do I have to redeem gift cards? 

A: 12 months after purchase
